Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns may be authorized for unused/uninstalled products within 14 days after delivery of your order. Orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st receive an extended 60 day return period.

The following rules apply:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in new condition.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • All return requests must be made using the RMA form in the MY ACCOUNT section.
  • Some products/services may be offered on our website which deviate from our standard return policies. These will be indicated clearly in the product description.
  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment without incurring a fee.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved RMA products within the return period

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include detailed instructions on how to return your product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for approval confirmation.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

There are 2 ways to exchange your product:

  • Option 1 - Request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request, please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
  • Option 2 (Faster) - Contact our sales department to confirm availability of the correct component/kit you require. You may then order the correct part online and request an RMA for the part you would like to return. Upon successful return, a refund will be issued.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the event your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the product while we review you claim. All defective or shipping damage claims must be reviewed by the tech department to confirm the damage is not a result of an improper installation attempt or abuse. If a shipping courier (UPS, USPS, etc) caused the damage, we will begin a damage claim with that courier.

If replacement part(s) are requested to be shipped prior to the return of the original product, we will temporarily authorize your credit card for the full retail amount of the order until the original product is returned and the RMA is completed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations may take up to 72 hours to process depending on order volume. This process may involve voiding orders in our system, warehouse personnel locating and removing order items from our custom build queue and holding completed orders at the shipping dock. Please note that sometimes products may ship faster than promised, so we recommend that you do not re-order products until receiving confirmation of your cancellation.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After successful approval and completion of your RMA, the refund will be processed to your original payment method provided in your order (Credit Card, Paypal, etc). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. An email confirming receipt of the return and your credit will be provided for your records. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your banking institution.
