HM Series

The BC Racing HM Series Coilover System gets its great qualities from a combination of two previous BC Racing Coilover Systems - the RM Series and ER Series. The HM Series uses an inverted mono-tube damper, just like the RM Series, but adds the independent compression and rebound adjustment of the ER Series. Each HM Series Coilover System uses inverted mono-tube dampers front and rear on McPherson strut vehicles with steel braided lines leading from the top of the damper to the external reservoirs. The external reservoirs allow for a higher oil capacity with the added benefit of increased thermal dissipation, they also house the secondary damping piston. For Subarus and other McPherson suspension vehicles that are heavily tracked, the BC Racing HM Series Suspension System is definitely worth checking out!

RM Series

The BC Racing RM Series Coilover System uses a mono-tube inverted damper in the front and rear of vehicles that use McPherson style OEM strut suspension. On vehicles that use front struts only, BC Racing provides an inverted front strut and then provides an upright BR Series damper for the rear. Inverted dampers are useful in decreasing unsprung weight by moving the greatest mass of the strut to the top where it connects to the sprung weight of the chassis, where weight can be more easily shaved. The BC Racing RM Series Coilover System uses a much larger inverted piston shaft that can handle higher lateral loads for longer periods of time without fatigue. These higher lateral loads are only prevalent on McPherson style strut suspension, not on Double A-Arm vehicles.

ZR Series

The BC Racing ZR Series Coilovers offer the most adjustability of any BC Racing Coilover System to date. Each ZR Series Coilover System is track tested and developed specifically for racers looking for more damping adjustability than the ER or HM Series can provide.. The ZR Series offers 15-clicks of low-speed compression adjustment, 12-clicks of high-speed compression adjustment, and 30-clicks of rebound adjustment. They also offer full height adjustability independent of piston shaft travel and spring compression. On cars with McPherson struts, the ZR Series comes standard with an inverted mono-tube damper. The damper has a steel braided line exiting the top of the damper leading to the external reservoirs that can be remotely mounted on the chassis for easy adjustment. Cars with Double A-Arm suspension come with upright dampers. These dampers have steel braided lines or solid stems that exit the damper at the bottom and lead to the external reservoir that can be mounted under the chassis or on the shock body itself.
*Not all vehicles allow for inverted front and rear dampers. In such cases an upright mono-tube damper will be supplied. The braided line/hard stem for the external reservoir exits the base of the damper when not inverted. Please note that not all vehicles use camber plates in the front and/or rear. In such cases pillowball top mounts are supplied in place of camber plates on HM & ZR Series Coilover Systems.

Any in stock full suspension kit order will ship ASAP and arrive in an estimated 2-3 business days via ground shipping to your door, from the time a tracking number is provided.
BC Racing North America is not responsible for shipping delays incurred from the shipping carrier directly due to package destination, inclement weather, failure to acquire delivery signature, etc.
Standard and expedited shipping options are available in your cart at checkout and will only affect transit times once the order has shipped.
If one or multiple items in your order are out of stock, BC Racing North America will place a manufacturing order to produce the part(s) necessary to complete your order.
Orders will be held until all items are in stock, prior to shipping to keep costs down and prices as low as possible. Out of stock items will generally carry a 2–3 week ETA prior to shipping from our facility.
All individual part(s) orders are shipped from our main facility on the East coast and general shipping times are 3-6 business days via ground shipping, depending on your location.

General lead times on custom build orders is 3-4 weeks depending on application and part availability. BC Racing North America endeavors greatly to limit lead times utilizing every available avenue but lead times may increase due to sales volume at any time. BC Racing North America is proud to offer a 2-year limited warranty on all full kit orders. Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects on a case-by-case basis that does not arise from improper installation or adjustment. Warranty coverage cannot be transferred and will only apply to the original purchaser. Please submit all warranty concerns to: Tech@bcracing-na.com with the following information:

BC Racing North America will provide troubleshooting information/guidance in an effort to resolve or isolate the cause of concern(s). If the concern(s) cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, BC Racing North America, at its discretion, will provide new replacement part(s) under warranty based on the description of the problem and the results of the troubleshooting process. All part(s) provided under warranty will be at no cost and includes ground shipping to the customer. Expedited shipping options are available and will be at the sole expense of the customer. If the necessary item we provide under warranty is out of stock, an ETA will be provided as soon as it is available. BC Racing North America does not cover, under any circumstances, labor fees incurred by the troubleshooting and/or installation/reinstallation process, if required by the customer.
