General lead times on custom build orders is 3-4 weeks depending on application and part availability. BC Racing North America endeavors greatly to limit lead times utilizing every available avenue but lead times may increase due to sales volume at any time. BC Racing North America will contact you and provide ETA’s as soon as they are available to keep our customers informed.

Custom build orders comprise, but are not limited to:
  • Extreme low
  • Custom spring rates
  • SWIFT spring upgrade
  • Corner Replacements
  • Upper mount changes
  • ER Series
  • RM Series
  • HM Series
  • ZR Series

BC Racing North America is proud to offer a 2-year limited warranty on all full kit orders. Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects on a case-by-case basis that does not arise from improper installation or adjustment. Warranty coverage cannot be transferred and will only apply to the original purchaser. Please submit all warranty concerns to: Tech@bcracing-na.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Detailed description of concern(s)
  • Photo/video documentation of concern(s)
  • Copy of original purchase invoice/receipt
  • Product Serial Number

BC Racing North America will provide troubleshooting information/guidance in an effort to resolve or isolate the cause of concern(s). If the concern(s) cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, BC Racing North America, at its discretion, will provide new replacement part(s) under warranty based on the description of the problem and the results of the troubleshooting process. All part(s) provided under warranty will be at no cost and includes ground shipping to the customer. Expedited shipping options are available and will be at the sole expense of the customer. If the necessary item we provide under warranty is out of stock, an ETA will be provided as soon as it is available. BC Racing North America does not cover, under any circumstances, labor fees incurred by the troubleshooting and/or installation/reinstallation process, if required by the customer.
